Our free, weekly classes are open to anyone who is interested in mindfulness meditation.
Come and learn the basic principles of mindfulness and experience the benefits of the practice. You are welcome to join any time, and no experience is necessary.
Practicing mindfulness in a supportive group environment is a skilful way to build and deepen your experience. Through meditation we can train our minds to be more resilient in the face of adversity, we can reduce anxiety and tension and we can become happier.
No specific Buddhist knowledge or practice is required or emphasised in these sessions.
