This short course will explore some of the key topics of Buddhism from a contemporary perspective, decoding some of the traditional message without diluting their essence.

The sessions are intentionally informal and focus on the principles behind Buddhist meditation with sessions on:

  • The what, why, when and how of Buddhist meditation
  • Love and compassion as a response to the sufferings of the world
  • What is “emptiness”?
  • Buddhist practice in daily life

This course will be led by a long-time student of Kyabje Khensur Kangyurwa Rinpoche and Geshe Jampa Gyaltsen.
