A wonderful opportunity to deepen your meditation practice and explore the Buddha’s teachings on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness with Venerable Tenzin Drolkar. This inspiring 8-week course offers practical methods for developing mindfulness, inner peace, and greater awareness in daily life.

A course of meditations led by Venerable Tenzin Drolkar based on the Satipatthana Sutra, Buddha Shakyamuni’s Sutra on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness: Perfecting concentration by focusing on the Body; on Feelings; on Mind and on Phenomena. By practicing these meditations, we can move beyond our habitual reactions to the problems and distractions of everyday life and experience genuine spiritual progress. The meditations are designed to concentrate awareness of the moment; to stimulate curiosity about the spiritual Path through techniques to cultivate mental discipline, such as mindfulness of the breath. A quietening of the mind then takes place and we can move forward to develop more positive attitudes to the future. All are welcome to enjoy some quiet time in our beautiful Gompa.

We warmly encourage you to attend in person if possible. Webex access is available for those unable to join at the Gompa.
