His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s Birthday

On the 5th of July we will celebrate His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s birthday.
This year, His Holiness is turning 91.
This special occasion will include prayers, reflections and viewing of His Holiness’s historic visit to Tibetan Buddhist Institute in fellowship over refreshments. We warmly invite all members, friends and well-wishers to come together in gratitude and celebration of the extraordinary life and teachings of His Holiness.
Program begins at 10:30am
• Prostrations and Khata Offering to the Throne and Image of His Holiness the Dalai Lama
• Guru Puja with Tsog (Sweet Rice, Chai and Tsog Offering) will be provided by TBI
• 12:30pm – Shared Lunch (please bring a plate to share)
• Afternoon: Viewing of His Holiness’s 2013 Visit to Tibetan Buddhist Institute Let us come together in joy and devotion to celebrate this special occasion.
