Three Principle Aspects of the Path (Geshe-la teaching in English)

Sundays (every second Sunday), 10.45-11.45am
Geshe Jampa Gyaltsen presents a gentle introduction to the foundational principles of Tibetan Buddhism in English

Beginning May 2025 – check calendar for dates

Our dear teacher Geshe Jampa Gyaltsen has kindly agreed to teach on the essence of Buddhism in English. These teachings are open to all and present Buddhist values in an easy to understand and engaging way. Teaching in English allows Geshe-la’s kindness and humour to shine through directly and these classes are always a lot of fun

Geshe-la will base these talks on the famous text, the Three Principles of the Path by Lama Tsong Khapa. However, it is not necessary to be familiar with the text to attend these teachings as Geshe-la always adapts his teaching to the needs of the students present.

The Three Principles of the Path presents the important topics of Renunciation, Bodhicitta and the View of emptiness in a very succinct and clear way. It is a foundational text of Tibetan Buddhism. These teachings are preceded by Sunday Lam Rim analytical meditations, a wonderful way to prepare the mind for the blessing of the Dharma.
