Learn to Meditate – Mondays 6:30–7:15pm

You can change your mind!
Meditation is a way to attain better health and well-being, helping to calm the mind, to de-stress and to cope more easily with negative emotions and difficult situations.
Join our community in a relaxed environment and awaken your mind to inner peace and joy within. Led by experienced students on a monthly roster. Everyone is welcome to come to this class. Feel free to share a cuppa afterwards and stay for ‘Introduction to Buddhism’.

Introduction to Buddhism  Mondays 7:30–8:30pm

An exploration of Buddhism, the ancient philosophy that is profoundly relevant to our lives today. Buddhism is a path that helps us to make a sense of our lives and the world we live in, whilst opening our hearts to love and compassion and making every moment meaningful.
Led by experienced students who are serious practitioners of Buddhism. This class is interactive, and any questions are welcomed by the facilitators.
