About Tibetan Buddhist Institute – Buddhist Teachings and Meditation

The Tibetan Buddhist Institute (TBI) is a Buddhist meditation and teaching centre located in Flinders Park, South Australia.
TBI was established in April 2005 by Kyabje Khensur Kangurwa Lobsang Thubten Rinpoche, in order to fulfil the wishes of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet.  (learn more…..)

Tibetan Sponsorship Scheme – Supporting Tibetan Monks, Nuns and Lay Tibetans in exile
Geshe Jampa Gyaltsen is available for personal consultations concerning Spiritual Practices; will perform Pujas and Prayers for deceased or seriously ill members and friends of TBI; Blessings for babies, houses and pets. Please email or ring the office to make an appointment
Northern Meditation Class – Bagster Community Centre, 17 Bagster Road, Salisbury North.
Schools are welcome to visit TBI. We have a program for both primary and high schools.         Mindfulness Meditation Workshops for Community Groups.
